NJ Agent Referral

It is very easy to transfer for your license to NJ Agent Referral.   The entire process is relatively easy with just a state application, a one time state fee, and NJ Agent Referral forms then you will be ready to save money and refer your friends and family to your favorite Active Real Estate Agent.

These are all ONE time fees designated by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.  NJ Agent Referral offers inexpensive annual membership fees with great referral commission splits.

 

• Active Agents Transfer to NJ Agent Referral:

  • Salesperson or Broker Salesperson to Referral Agent - NJ State Fee=$25 Transfer Fee + $50 Change of Licence Type Fee=$75

  • Current Referral Agent to NJ Agent Referral - NJ State Fee=$25 Transfer Fee=$25

  • NJ Agent Referral Membership:

    • $80 per year for an 80% of the referral commission, Or

    • $90 per year for an 90% of the referral commission

• Inactive Agents Reinstatement of License and Joining NJ Agent Referral:

  • Reinstatement as a Referral Agent - NJ State Fee= $150

  • Transfer from Salesperson or Broker Salesperson to a Referral Agent - NJ State Fee = $50

  • NJ Agent Referral Membership:

    • $80 per year for an 80% of the referral commission, Or

    • $90 per year for an 90% of the referral commission

• Newly Licensed Agent to a Referral Agent

  • Initial registration with the NJ Real Estate Commission = $160

  • NJ Agent Referral Membership:

    • $80 per year for an 80% of the referral commission, Or

    • $90 per year for an 90% of the referral commission
